The handling, supply, sale, purchase, import and export operations, as the case may be, are subject to the regulations, procedures, and approvals set by the Egyptian competent authorities supervising this activity. No transaction is carried out except through the official accredited channels and after obtaining the required approvals and permits.
Statutory & Legislative Framework
This is within the framework of compliance with the provisions of Law No. 394 of 1954 on Weapons and Ammunition and its amendments in Law No. 5 of 2019, in addition to the relevant executive decrees, regulations, and procedures.

EMDAD operates in the field of trading and supplying petroleum products and raw materials in accordance with the laws, regulations, and controls governing the petroleum sector and trade in the Arab Republic of Egypt, through registration and qualification with the competent authorities, and in compliance with the technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements of each entity.
Registration with Petroleum & Mining Chamber
EMDAD is registered with the Petroleum and Mining Chamber of Industry in accordance with Law No. 70 of 2019 regarding the organization of the Federation of Egyptian Industries and Industrial Chambers.
Registration with Petroleum Sector Companies
EMDAD works on expanding the scope of its dealings within the Egyptian petroleum sector by registering and qualifying as a supplier with petroleum sector companies, and completing qualification with further entities to expand supply scopes.
Cooperation with Specialized Entities
EMDAD develops partnerships and cooperation agreements with specialized institutions in petroleum, energy, and raw materials, including Joint Ventures and strategic partnerships according to project requirements.

The company offers integrated solar energy solutions through cooperation with specialized companies, under a letter of representation from the Arab Organization for Industrialization, as well as manufacturers and technical solution providers, including the supply of equipment and components necessary for solar projects.
