OVERHAUL CENTER FOR EASTERN HELICOPTERS(Mi-SERIES)

    Capacity:: (20) helicopters, including (4) heli- copters fully assembled with blades and tail unit. 

Production capacity : 8-10 helicopters / year.

 Equipment:

  • (2) overhead Cranes (5tons) longitudinal and lateral movement
  • (2) air compressors.
  •  Fire alarm system.
  •  Fire extinguishing system (water/ foam/carbon di-oxide)
  •  Monitoring system with (internal/external) cameras for following up overhaul works.
  •  The main doors have suitable space that allow all helicopter types to enter completely without disas- sembly of rotor blades.
    Epoxy ground floor.
  •  Suitable lighting for day and night work.
  • The floors contain (32) floor boxes with all sources of electrical power.

Aggregates Overhaul Workshops:

  •  (10) Workshops equipped with all electrical equip- ment, compressed air outlets, tools, equipment and test benches necessary to carry out working in ag- gregate of (5) helicopters at the same time for each workshop.
    Approval certificates:
  •  Mi17/Mi8 Helicopters overhaul cartificate from JSC "Helicopters Mil & Kamov".
  • Quality Management System cartificate ISO9001:2015.
  • Environmental management System cartificate ISO 14001:2015.
  • Occupational health and safety management systems cartificate ISO 45001:2018.
