HAFEZ FAMILY
General Purpose:
- Intended for bombing from adequate aircraft of NATO and RUSSIA standards and from the plane of light aviation under specific conditions.
- The bombs can be used as unguided or as warhead of guided aircraft bombs.
- it is aerodynamically shaped and during the flight on its ballistic path it is stabilized by rotation, determined by means of stabilizer fins.
Each Bomb consists of:
- Body with explosive charge
- Stabilizer
- Two suspension lugs
- Protective transport plugs
- Packaging for transport and storing
- The bombs possesses the ability to be loaded onto an aircraft weap-
on carrier which can carry a standard payload as mentioned
- It can be used with basic or modern aiming systems.
- The bomb functions in a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C.
- Servicing of the bomb is done with standard weaponry platforms, lifts and tools.
- Minimal life-span, provided it is stored in a proper temperature, is 20 years. Inspections should be carried out every 5 years.
